BIRTH Eleazor was born on 19 March 1680 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[55] as "Gyles, Eliazur, s. John and Elizabeth, Mar. 19 [abt. 1685?]". Eleazor's birth record reads: "Eliazar Gyles, son of John & Elizabeth Gyles, born on the 19th Day of March, anno Domine 1688".
DEATH Eleazor died in Beverly, Essex co., MA in April or May 1740 as "Eleazer Giles"; he was 60[56].
MARRIAGE On 24 April 1702 when Eleazor was 22, he married Lidia GROVER[57] daughter of Nehemiah GROVER & Ruth HASKELL, in Beverly, Essex co., MA by the Reverend Thomas Blover/Blower[58]. Eleazor and Lydia's marriage record reads: "Eleazer Giles and Lydia Grover ware joyned together in Marriage by ye Reverend Thomas Blower of Beverly on ye 24th of April in ye year of Our Lord 1702".

CHILDREN 12. i. Eliazer GILES Eliazer was born on 18 October 1704 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[60]. On 25 October 1730 when Eliazer was 26, he married Rebecca CHAPMAN in Beverly, Essex co., MA[58].
13. ii. Lidia GILES Lidia was born on 11 May 1707 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[61]. On 15 June 1728 when Lidia was 21, she married Benjamin VERRY Jr. in Salem, Essex co., MA[37] as "Giles, Lydia, of Beverly".
14. iii. John GILES John was born on 24 April 1711 in Beverly, Essex co., MA. On 25 September 1730 when John was 19, he married Martha PITMAN in Beverly, Essex co., MA[58].

16. v. Samuel GILES Samuel was born on 12 February 1716/7 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[61]. On 23 November 1747 when Samuel was 31, he married Eunes HERRICK in Beverly, Essex co., MA[65].
17. vi. James GILES James was born on 8 April 1723 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[60]. On 16 November 1749 when James was 26, he married Hannah THOMPSON of Ipswich in Ipswich, Essex co., MA[58].
18. vii. Edmond GILES Edmond was born on 22 August 1725 in Beverly, Essex co., MA[60]. On 9 July 1744 when Edmond was 18, he married Esther ELLINWOOD in Beverly, Essex co., MA[58].
