LEGAL MENTION Susanna received "one cowe" in her father's will[11]. After she remarried, on 2 February 1733, "...Susannah Symonds of Lynn, widow, in presence of Richard Hood and Benj. Newhall, conveyed to her son Samuel Newhall, by deed of gift, all her right in the real estate which had been in the possession of her brother Thomas Farrar, late of Lynn, deceased, and was given unto him, the sd Thos. Farrar, by her fond father Mr. Thos. Farrar, formerly of Lynn, deceased..."[66]
