MARRIAGE On 11 August 1666 Thomas married Mary HOLDEN, daughter of Richard HOLDEN & Martha FOSDICK, in Groton, Middlesex co., MA[3,4,5,6,7,8,9]. The date of "July 11" is given on a duplicate marriage record.

CHILDREN 2. i. Thomas WILLIAMS Thomas was born on 17d:1m(March):1666/7 in Groton, Middlesex co., MA[1,10] and died before 1722; he was 54[1].
3. ii. John WILLIAMS John was born on 3 November 1668 in Groton, Middlesex co., MA[1,11]. Wyman says he "was on gdn. cond of James, son of Justinian Holden."[1] John married Margaret GOODING.
4. iii. Mary WILLIAMS Mary was born on 3 February 1672 in Groton, Middlesex co., MA[12] and married [not known] BEARD.

6. v. Stephen WILLIAMS Wyman said "Her admin. to 2nd son John of Chas. Aug. 10, 1722, the eldest son having deceased. Jason Williams, surety on bond; John Williams, Jr. witness[1]."
