OCCUPATION Richard was the King's Esquire of Ridgewell, Essex, England and Escheator of the shires of Somerset & Dorset, England in 1412-1413[2].
RESIDENCE & REAL ESTATE Richard was from Trent, Somerset, England[1]. In 1410, he and his wife Elizabeth made a settlement on the manors of Great Glen in Leicestershire, England and Merston in Sussex, England[1]. In 1425, they were living in the Merston manor in Sussex and in 1428 he was listed as holding the manor of Glen Magna, Leicester, England[3].
MARRIAGE Shortly before 2 December 1396 Richard married Elizabeth FITZ ROGER [4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16], daughter of Lord John FITZ ROGER & Alice[2].
