BIRTH Based on the date of her marriage, is to possible that Sarah was born circa 1586.
DEATH & BURIAL Sarah died in Leyden, Holland in 1616 and was buried on 11 October 1616 in St. Peter&s, Leiden, Holland; she was 30.
MIGRATION & RESIDENCE At the time of her marriage, Sarah lived in the precincts of the Cathedral at Canterbury. Soon after Thomas' baptism, the Cushman family disappears from the Canterbury records. At this time, it is surmised that Robert and his family joined the Reverend John Robinson's Puritan colony in Holland.
MARRIAGE On 31 July 1606 she married Robert CUSHMAN, in St. Alphage, Canterbury, Plymouth, England. Their marriage record is listed as "Robert Cushman vnto Sara Reder dwelling with in Pr'cinct's of Christchurche" [the Cathedral]".
