In 1711, the boundary line of Lynn, Essex co., MA passed "through the stack of Chimnyes" on the Boardman house in Rumney Marsh, Suffolk co., MA and in 1717, B was marked on one side of the door and L on the other[32]. |
| ESTATE | His wife Sarah was appointed administratrix for his estate on 6 August 1696. On 14 March 1705/6 both Mary & Thomas Cheever and Lydia Boardman quitclaimed all rights to real and personal estate of their father to their brother William Boardman, Jr.[32]. |
