LaForrest L. Hall

QUINCY - LaForrest L. Hall, 86, of Quincy, a retired Walter Baker Chocolate Company machinist, died Wednesday in Bradley Manor Nursing Home, Weymouth, after a long illness.

He was born in Portsmouth, N.H. and had lived in Quincy for many years.

He was a life member of Macedonia Masonic Lodge, Milton, and a former sexton at First Baptist Church, Milton.

Husband of the late Esther G. (Holst) Hall, he is survived by two sons, Walter K. Hall of Northboro and LaForrest A. Hall of New York City; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. tomorrow in First Baptist Church, Milton. Burial will be in Blue Hill Cemetary, Braintree.

Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at J.B. Cole and Gleason Milton Home for Funerals, 5 Canton Ave., Milton Village.
